Colloquium on Violence & Religion July 4-8, 2007 Call for Papers Deadline for abstracts: January 15, 2007 The organising committee of COV&R 2007 welcomes proposals for papers for its meeting, to be held in The Netherlands. Featured speakers and paper presenters will develop the subthemes of Tolerance and Vulnerability: 1. Between demonized minorities and glorified scapegoats: the response to growing intolerance 2. Tolerance and vulnerability in sustaining complex systems 3. Vulnerability and tolerance in the theological traditions 4. Vulnerability and progress of knowledge: ethics and epistemics 5. Practical Information COV&R 2007 Awards and Grants Abstracts COV&R 2007 intends to facilitate preliminary discussion among participants by using interactive devices. The abstracts will be placed online after acceptance.
